I'm so sorry..

I'm so sorry..

A Poem by FaithfullyJennyBear

I never did realize

 how much I hurt

how much I changed

pushed you to the dirt

you were my baby

my perfect match

I messed it up

I lost my catch

you are so pretty

and perfect and sweet

you deserve more than

the girls who deciete

I'm sorry I hurt you

I should have thought more

I really did love you

but I let this star soar

I moved on too quickly

from everyone I had

I regret every action

it's made my head mad

I wish I could change things

and go back to the times

where you'd lay in my arms

and I'd call you All Mine

you made me so different

and I thank you for this

I fell in love with a girl

who I really really miss...

You werer my first love

in that type of way

Why did I let go

and throw my dreams away...

I'm now in a relationship

with I guy I care about loads

but it doesn't change the fact

I miss you the most.

The way things are now

are not going to change

but I want you to know

that you can choose from a range.

You're beautiful and funny

and perfect and sweet

the body of an angel

your smile gave off heat

the pleasure you gave

sent my mind off it's course

you're extremely attractive

like you had a magnetic force.

I want you to smile

be happy, don't cry

You'll always be the girl

who showed me how to fly <3

Author's Note

FaithfullyJennyBear
It only just hit me that my first girlfriend didn't deserve anything that I did...
I just wanted her to know that I did fall in love with her..
And I may not still love her in that way, as I do have a boyfriend who I love to bits, but I love her as a friend and I wish I could make her happy =/

Nice work. Love the rhyme, yet you might want to change some misspellings. Otherwise, a very good piece.

Good to write down thoughts and thankfulness for the good people in a life. I like the memories and the story in this poem. I like the desire at the end of the poem.
