It's awful when

A friend you care about is always upset.

You don't know the problem

A situation you don't get...

 

It's awful when

All you want to do is make her smile.

You try and try

But it only lasts a small while...

 

It's awful when

You know she's hurt yet no reason why.

You sit and you wonder

If at night she sits and she cries...

 

It's awful when

You just can't make her laugh.

It's what you live for

Now it's the end of your path...

To help her rebirth her smile and her joy.".
The poem flow was very good till the last line. Need the line to be stronger?
