Why am I so stupid?

I can't get you...

You're perfect, in every way.

I'm nothing.. at all.

I'm your goddess?

I'm your baby bear?

I'm your angel?

I'm not.

You have your girl...

I mean nothing to you.

 

Why am I so stupid?

I thought your words were true...

I bet you laughed at all the things

I thought from me to you.

I thought that you were mine,

Ignoring everything else,

Not stopping to think

It was all a lie.

 

I'm nothing Baby,

And you know it.

Nice true emotions everywhere. In some situations it is just felt that the love for you is second rate as tossed to the side in a non existing world. Nicely do with your words in a flow of feelings pouring. Excellent job and keep up the writings.

If there was one word that I could use to describe this poem it would be, "Delicious". Lost of great things here, my favorite is the last "Taken for a fool / In the world of / Lies and Hatred". Good stuff.

After reading this stanza, I couldn't help but think that maybe, just maybe you could have put "I'm noone's Baby." Instead. :)
The entire poem is delicious. Hurt and discovery tingle on the tips of your tastebuds when this is read aloud.

Wonderfully crafted my friend. People can sometimes be one sided mirrors. They deceive you into a false state of belief that you can see into them when you actually can't.
