No passion or pleasure
Just duty
You don't want to go
You want out
You can't though
You are into deep
It's choking you as it drags you under
Your own personal poison
You need air and breathe the liquid in
Gagging and thrashing as you slowly black out

Black out life, love, and drive
Just a pointless piece of the puzzle
Just another gear in the machine

We feel useless and confused in a life. Your words were full of desire to be elsewhere. I like the strength in the poem. We feel lock up and can't escape. Best part if we are wise. You can escape and do what you desire.
