Happiness is a Single Thought Away

When I woke up this morning
I didn't want to roll over and go back to sleep
or lock myself away
or think about all the bad things
or spend my day alone with my thoughts
or let myself be sad

Because,
when I woke up this morning
I decided I wanted to be happy.
