The Challenge

The Challenge

A Poem by Fairplay

The Challenge

Is that a chip your shoulder
did you misread the angle on life?
Tied up in rules easy broken
bogged down in struggle and strife
Some would call it “A Challenge”
hills put in the way just to climb
Empires invented for pleasure
tricks just to fill up the mind
Of course there is a real heaven
the balance between want and need
Most people however  go crazy
selfishly driven by Greed

Hi Eric

In my case I guess it would be 'chappattis ' on shoulder. (By the way have you tried them . They're my favourite food. I 've seen the poor eat it with just a couple of long green chillies and half an onion.) Whether its chappattis or chips , the effect would still be the same.
