The Final Farewell

The Final Farewell

A Poem by Faint

Good bye my heart,

 good bye.

Heart and mind now intertwined.

Thinking the same,

 dreaming the same.

You can not be here,

 which hurt at first.

Then it caused anger,

 and finally acceptance and hope.

Hope that you are happy.

The heart will always wish you here,

 but above the rest,

 your happiness is key.

Always welcome back into this present heart,

but never forgotten in my heart.
