Outside Your DreamsA Poem by FaintOutside this window there is a parking lot. On this parking lot there are leaves waiting for the wind. Intwined with the wind the leaves now float in a continious upward spiral. Mistaken as birds these leaves confuse you. Wondering what is causing the birds' unusual formation you pay closer attention. Examining these birds you realize they are leaves. Intwined with the wind the leaves are dancing. On this parking lot something produces wonder. Outside this window you can dream.
Outside your dreams there is no life. © 2010 Faint |
