Lady of the Moon

Lady of the Moon

A Poem by FaeSpirit

Lady of the Moon
I honour thee tonight
The night that Thine is black
And we are denied Thy beautiful Light

Lady of the Moon
This night in Thee I seek
The power within in my Soul
To shed the sorrow and leave the bleak

Lady of the Moon
Strength within Thine arms
I turn towards the darkness
Whilst Thy light shines from my palms

Lady of the Moon
I thank thee for Thy insight
It guides me through the dark
Into the purity of Thy Light

I really liked the sort of 'olden' language that you used in this piece. It really brought the piece together. Well done!

I love the light / dark imagery in this.
