Blue Rose DreamsA Poem by Fading PoeticWritten 2012.Crimson eyes on clear glass, The blue velvet that shines through, My rose, ever may I view you through tear filled gaze, ever more, ever more I... The words just won't come, open mouth, abyss, I'm at a loss, a pain worse than death, the poet's tears on a blank page, and bleeding heart in a steel cage, I'm lost, can't catch my breath, Love stricken, at what cost, The poet's words still don't come. Past the glass, the rain's falling, somewhere beyond, your eyes shine through, My rose, ever may I view you through tear filled gaze, ever more, ever more I long, eternity in a moment, a glance, a kiss... a dream... I'm waking, no, now I'm dying, I'm dying, I'm awake, I'm awake... and I'm dead again.
