Beautiful TragedyA Poem by Jazzlyn B BardenIs this what you want? For me to stay unhappy? But it’s all good, I’m fine. Yeah right we know that’s just a lie. But wait. they don’t, only I do. I know it’s a lie. Every smile on my face, lie. It can easily just be erased. Because it’s not even real. Because I’m not even happy. Is this what you want? For me to build up walls, then watch them crumbling down? For me to hope I’m good enough, then find out that I’m still worthless. That’s what you want, isn’t it? If that’s what you wanted, then I hope your happy. ‘Cause all that’s left of me, is a beautiful tragedy. © 2016 Jazzlyn B BardenFeatured Review
