Glassy Greens

Glassy Greens

A Poem by Crazy Claire
"

You stir up mixed emotions:3

"
Dry sobs, very
dry
indeed.
With not a single tear,
leaving me dull.
But, scoping cautiously,
I see your glassy greens,
dripping
with
blood.
Storing my jealousy,
deep under ground
to be stirred up
only
when my patience
is at bay.
Please, oh please,
kiss my scars gently,
hold me so tightly,
was away my resentment.
Ah, yes, I keep this
to myself.
Building only more
pain.
But less pain, than letting
you in
on my
secret.
I love you.
But only until
those glassy greens
begin to drip
with blood.
