Memories

One of my favorite poems

I'll soon get over us,
this I know is true.
Then the day you start wanting me,
I won't be wanting you.
Someday you'll remember,
someday when you're free.
Memories will remind you
that we were meant to be.

Meh. 'Twas well written, but while the world didn't tremble as I read, I didn't cringe in horror either. Not much criticism I can give you here. But nice work.
