Silent Lovers

Have you ever thought that you found that one person? But then find out that they don't like you back. I say in this poem "I'm not going to give up the fight." Well I did. Know I'm going out with someone better than that one person that I thoug

 

 

A nother day passes.

And yet I can't seem to get his picture

out of my mind.

I guess that I haven't let him go yet.

The truth is I don't want to let him go.

Yes he's my bestfriend.

But I want him to  be more than that.

I know that he's with my best friend.

I could tell her again.

But I don't think that I could

be living a lie.

He broke my heart once.

I don't know if I could face that again.

So what should I do?

And as a nother day passes.

I can't seem to get him out of my mind.

I know I don't want to let him go.

I remember his warm smile.

Looking at me and I'm looking at him.

Then she comes into the picture.

She's behind him.

She's pailer than normal and crying.

I know that she's saddened.

So he trys to comfert her.

He tells her that he still loves her.

She does the same.

The the next day comes.

Their both standing in front of me.

She tryes to tell me.

But no words leave her lips.

Then he screams out.

"We still love each other."

I'm devistated.

And as he leaves my world.

She's by my side.

Then the tears come.

They come from confusion and depression.

So a nother day passes.

And yet I can't seem to get his memory

out of my mind.

I don't want to let him go.

After all we have been thew.

I'm not going to give up the fight.
