Faith, Hope and Charity

Faith

shapeless water falls
veiled mist rises over rock
pools on shaded ground

Hope

Mountains crumble down
River silt rich dark with bone
Springs fruit not planted

Charity

Earth turns on axis
Self imploding creatures spin
Forests giving green

I like your beautiful Haiku words….and how they
embrace each other, Faith, Hope and Charity, you use vivid imagery in all three….your description of faith is visual, your description of hope is depicted through a kind of tragedy, but with hope that life will be better, and you describe charity as a way of giving life by nourishing the earth with greenness.
Fine job.

You did an amazing job on these poems. Challenges are motivating and often produce good results that make us believe in ourselves more, as long as we put forth the effort. These poems spoke to me with amazing imagery in motion. Powerful write. Tyfs

Wonderful, perfect and meaningfully linked Haikus E.! Your evocative words and imagery sing of the caritas and changing beauty of Mother Earth, in the embodiment of Faith, Hope and Charity, in three of her different scenarios. Gorgeous alliteration. Superb and refreshing write.

A lovely trio of haiku to parallel
with the three virtues of faith
hope and charity ..we keep the
faith though our vision may be
blocked thru~the veiled mist..
it rises above giving us hope
for new blossoms in life
with abundance in charity
such beautiful thoughts flow
within your wise written words

nice work E and
Happy Thanksgiving to you

dearest E... Thou art the poet of water falls and mist...
The hope that tugs our Heart,,, as the Earth turns and

More richly than the imagery conveyed, the narrator is rich in those 3 virtues that are so necessary for life, living and being. He is enriching our lives through the benefits we all get from them. Blessings to you sir on this grand Haiku work.

Wow! I am stunned by your incomparable brilliance on this one! You had me at once on your first line, and when I finished the first haiku I take little time to think about it and when I got it I was even more stunned! have faith even if You can't see it, hope is always there even in the most damaged breakings, sacrifices must be made in order to be in the better place... wow really Mr. E! such powerful brilliance beyond words!
