truth- like

______________

the Waters ressurected with

 skies and clouds to color

glowing  yellow aura the sun and

rains falling

seeking the filtering of sand, limestone and charcoal

 greys.... altering .... changing

truth-morph

______________________

springing bubbles; melting ice; and

all those words disseminating

past eons honest as fossils

palatable on the road ..hot black macadam

tar rising up and busting the sweat

pitter patterings

trace poisonings 

spreading a suffocation of confetti smalls

crying....no wailings allowed

no availing forgiveness

with all those waters in evil accord.

Your poem is itself a “disseminating” red sun of apocalyptic truth my friend. Exploding, imploding earth in “hot black macadame tar” fumes...brilliant imagery, brilliant language, form, flow, balance. Chronicles in fossils. Great poem with a most important warning. Kudos!

brilliantly penned. strong imagery. garbage in, garbage out. we must fill ourselves up with good things in order to get good things out. what ends up in the landfill is merely a reflection of how we are living and thinking.

A positive BRILLIANCE of words.. and more importantly THOUGHT.. intense thought. You display such power - and it seems to me, near anger, perhaps. If i understand from the rage and range of this glorious rant, you're having a go at the mess our world is in, the spread of contaminated info pouring into the world day after day after day.. Gene, I have yet to consider anything of yours that has not been to my personal liking....that is my first understatement... These words, could never be an understatement, or understated...they kind of blew me each time they are read... and that my friend is a down play on words if ever there was........great write, full stop....

you know it Tate :{ Hollywood intelligence pervades and invades our "news" of the day ... perhaps all news programming should be non-profit ... only the hard working honest need apply ... do you remember Dave Galloways? he had the morning news that i was "forced to watch ..with me Da ... i would have preferred Tarzan or Gunga Din or Hop-along Cassidy but the news times were my Da's times ... so i watched it with him .. Dave did have a chimp to spice things up and give us all a laugh ... and not to forget William F. Buckley ... wow! such debates! nice to see you prowling around the Cafe Tate ... you are missed when you are gone :) blessing my friend
