I love myself more

I love myself more

A Poem by WILDERNESS
"

we are all selfish to some extent

"

I love Myself More

I love the nature

In all its vibrant colours

The changing seasons

And its inspiring scenes

But

I love myself more

I love my country

Am ready to kill or die

Nothing compares to it

Cause It’s my pride

But

I love myself more

I love my family

All young and old

They are my strength

A lasting bond

But

I love my self more

I love my sweetheart

And her charming manners

The way she smiles

Those lovely vibes

But

I love myself more

for if one does not love oneself, one cannot value such things as sweethearts, family, country or nature. This is not selfish love, but an honest recognition of the value of one's self.

That is the way it should be, I think. You can't love anything until you love yourself more. Great write!
