The Reasons Behind the Title

There might be spoilers in here, I'm not sure of the ending myself yet.

The title "Bound" refers to many things in the story. 

First off, when he has to bind his breasts (when he had them). 

Being a boy trapped in a girls body. 

There's also the ties he has to his family, which is, for the most part, supportive. 

It also refers to his Irish and Native heritage, and how many problems they had to go through. 

There's also the fact that "Katie" doesn't really ever leave until he dies.
