The Screamers

The Screamers

A Poem by SKIP Faherty

Never will I raise the well of injustice.

Foster the call to harm.

Nor enter the tunnel of deceit for the few.

I will not change light to darkness.

Creating the vision of nothing.

Into the truth abused.

Let the screamers cry their lot.

Fraying their lost souls.

Force them to pray for their loss.

Which they have done to our own.

wonderful piece. It really has that feeling of light conquers all to it. I really like the fact that the piece is so short. There are a lot of writers who ramble on and on and on and still can't get to the point. Those really bore me.
Overall, it was a really great job done.
