The Banished Peacemaker

                  The banished peacemaker is despised.

                  The banished peacemaker is betrayed.

                  The banished peacemaker is compassionate.

                  The banished peacemaker is forgiving.

The banished peacemaker is still a peacemaker.

The banished peacemaker is still a peacemaker.

To be honest... that doesn't really make sense. If a peacemaker is despised, then they aren't doing their job very well. It means that somewhere along the like, they did not keep the peace, and therefore they were terminated. It isn't betrayal, it is common sense. When a worker isn't doing their job well, they are fired so a new person more skilled can take their place. I don't see how that is betrayal. They may be compassionate and forgiving, but if they do not keep the peace, then they aren't a peacemaker. Otherwise, good poem.
