Decay CityA Poem by Ezekiel SilverYear poem was written: 2014
Cracked ruins collect dust and mold,
as they are buried by time. Silence rings loudly across each wall, echoing an eerie sound of desolation. Rust encroaches and grows throughout the land, like a plague of neglect. Builders of a once great utopia have vanished, with only an imprint of their time left. This home of ghosts and whispers is known as, decay city. © 2014 Ezekiel Silver |
