Patience is the element of success,
for it avoids misguided failure.
Truth is the element of sight,
for it avoids lies that blind.

Compassion is the element of life,
for it avoids lethal corruption.
Faith is the element of hope,
for it avoids complete despair.

Whoever masters these elements is truly,
a wise soul.
