The Pale MountainA Poem by Ezekiel SilverYear poem was written: 2014The sun begins to rise above the bleak horizon, standing over the blinding night. Seen in the cold dawn of the young morning, lies a grand and sky-vast mound of rock. Pale in the light of numerous pretty hues, like a rainbow of faded paint. In the pale brown and pale yellow, and the paleness of the pale blue. Blending together to create nature's dawn, for this rubble is the sun's canvas. Bearing the beauty of this subtle wonder, such a magnificent mountain of majesty. © 2014 Ezekiel SilverAuthor's Note
