The Dead Rose GardenA Poem by Ezekiel SilverYear poem was written: 2013Decay has withered away all beauty, leaving only it's dried bones behind. Life has become only a distant memory here, for death has sent it into exile.
A once great oasis of wonder and hope, now only ruins from a time long ago. It endured the impacts of time as best it could, but eventually lost all might.
This is one of nature's dismal graveyards, a utopia of tragedy. All inspirations of joy and delight are gone, this is home to sorrow and anguish now. © 2013 Ezekiel SilverFeatured Review
