The Poet's Muse

Year poem was written: 2013

      An inspirer of great beauty,

            filled with untold wonder.

      Secrets layered upon secrets,

            offering mystic wisdom.

 

      Masters of the word are awe-struck,

            dazzled by the artistry.

      They cannot comprehend it at all,

            even with their own ingenuity.

 

      Our miraculous world has become,

            the poet's muse.
