Trance of The Twilight

Trance of The Twilight

Trance of The Twilight

Eyes are fogged and the colors array

Changing forms through everyday

With an essence that is hard to fight

She is the Trance of The Twilight

Two things mixed and forbidden to be

Still calling herself a human she

Still she knows I can see

Singing beautiful as sirens sing

Like nights day, a mysterious thing

Seeing that pale skin upon her face

Seeing she is another race

The rain that falls colors her form

In her Trance, she calms the storm

Living in the sun and lunar phase

Gaining more by all the days

Making the dark

And making the light

See watches them collide

A starry orange explosion arise

Like the winds blowing sands

Moves quick and smoothly in her plan

None other like her in this land

Now I watch as her biggest fan

Her mind seems hidden inside

Something not easy, she takes her pride

Keeping her secret and living this life

Though her stare can cut like a knife

Locked away, a human she seems

But in her glow, the truth does gleam

Even though she is ridiculed and reamed

But when cool twilight comes, she releases her steam

Calling out for someone to be there

Someone special that with her powers she can share

Even in indifference she can feel lonely

Its twilight again, one wish, if only…

Letting go and being free

I let her stand beside me

For not only do her secret I know

In her eyes, she knows mine

It shows

Almost nightfall and you’ll find

Her setting up for this time

Only by day she seems to blend

But in her trance, another message to send

Clouds pass and winds swirl

In her dance, around she twirls

Shadows arise and bring colored fires

This ceremony shows her desires

Flooding the earth with her captivating thoughts

Now the stunned search for something sought

She wants us to hear it all

But only privileged can join her twilight ball

Eye to eye, circles round we make

Though in her stare

It’s quite unfair

Her trance begin to take

I bend to her whim, this has never been

Just her looks and her mind

She is normal not, but holds a lot

Buried in her powers her hands you’ll find

She rises up when the night comes

And the sun is to fade

She holds this time in ransom

The best time to play

Maybe she is a diva of the twilight

Though she is a hybrid

Something in her seems right

One look in her eyes, nothing more can be said

In the spell she silently holds

Everyone else oblivious

In her crossing she holds dark and light

In her glowing trance of twilight
