rules

A Poem by Eyudo

Rules

Some say rules are meant to be broken
Some say to have a good life they are a token
To me it’s half and half
To you it could be half of a half
We’ve broken rules anyways
So it don’t matter so to say
I love you so
And rules are not in the show
I may get in trouble
For you I’d get in double
A little bit of pain, emotional and physical
It’s worth it for your company and how you’re comical
Your company is so joyful
Your laugh your smile and how you’re an eyeful
I can never say too much
People say I can do better
I say, with her I’ll weather
Maybe I could
But I’m not gonna try
No way I could
She means that much
