black is all the same

black is all the same

A Poem by Eyudo

Black is all the same

The night is black, a simple fact

No one can deny

Skies grow dark on the last spark

All light say goodbye

Black turns blue to midnight blue

And all sight is cleaned

Eyes adjust and black shadows rest

All things left unseen

Black’s the fury but also the passion

As in a romantic night

It makes things blurry, and starts a fashion

everything will be alright

The absent firs ashes to keep it dark again

One last flame jumps, then dies out

Leaving the dark to defend

The stereo types aren’t all true

That cat isn’t unlucky

And this color isn’t evil now

Gothic is only a style

And in dark we can find piece now

Black is all the same

Because all is seen in the white

But when this color blankets us

There’s nothing left to fight

But hidden things are more interesting, which makes the chase twice as tempting, which makes fighting semi-useless, which contradicts everything you've said.

Good verse though.
