Let it end quick

No more prolonged agony

Just let this all go away

Blank mind, they’re all gone

 

No more time to suffer

Or let dreams torture me

No more searching for something well lost

Dark is all I see

 

Just get it over with

It makes it all so much easier

No more worrying on my life

Shot down would be the strife’s

 

No need to rethink this

My mind is already set

Now its time to go to sleep

Maybe we call it death

 

So I lay down

Somewhere unfound

To just ready for my rest

After all this stuff I went though

I failed my final test

 

No turning back now

It just seems to late

All these evil shadows will be gone

No more against me can the world hate

 

They can’t hurt my feelings anymore

Or terribly break my heart

It will be more peaceful

Taking out that poison dart.

 

You can’t hurt something

That is no longer there

My eyes burn from memories

Something’s I will never share

 

Relentless thoughts

They wont go away

So instead

It’s my time of day

 

Let it end quick

Not much pain in my last adrenaline kick

Just drift away nice and slow

I don’t know where I’ll go

Interesting. Yet, totally relate-able. How often we just want the hurt/pain to leave as fast as possible. Quicker and quicker still. It can never come fast enough. I like this. :)
