A poem apologizing to the people I've hurt the most, my family and the Archangel Michael.

I don't know what to say

I can't make anything rhyme

Time tricks my body

Whittling away some feelings and colours

 

Mother

I did you wrong

I can't believe myself today

I can forgive myself

Though I was killing you all the way

 

Father

I should have listened

Books are no replacement for people

I thought everyone else was so dumb

I was the one who was retarded

 

Brother

I hated you for being so happy

At the time I never knew

How far away from God you were

and how close you were to me

 

Michael

I never gave either of us enough credit

I blamed you for all the bad

I told you to get out

And then wondered why you'd left
