It's Me Again

It's Me Again

A Poem by EyesIceBlood

Another "subconsious exercise", this one with some religious highlights.

"

It's Me Again

Yes I'm mine

I shine half as bright

More unllike than the kindred

That feed on you

These pencil tips grow dull

As my mind fathoms a lull

No one understands

The scheme of this rhyme

They don't have to try

I'll buy them time

To get by, buy and bye

To the one with the white hair

Snowy like the beard of a mountain

I don't know what I am for

Other than to make up

And seal lost promises

Kept forgotten in a box

Chained and gagged in locks

One key relinquishes a note

Which says quote

"God has yet to understand me

As he can't relate to himself

After you tore the judge's Son

And broke the olive branch he gave"
