101 Things I Couldn't Have Done Without YouA Poem by EyeBright
My memories of you:
1. Talking with you about our problems, then working them through. I think that I finally relieve why you're so mad at me. This is my fault, so one way or another I'm going to try and take the blame for this. I wish that I could say things like this to your face, but you know I'm not that kind of person, I wouldn't ever have the courage to do that. So I'm going to say it here. I think, and I could be wrong, I know the reason why you are mad at me. I told you that nobody matters, which in turn means that you don't matter. Looking back now I can't believe that I even said that. But I need to tell you this, you do matter to me, otherwise I wouldn't be trying so hard to get your friendship back. Does that show for something? I said that I've never let anyone in, which is a lie. I've let three people in, more than anyone else. You, Nicole, and Sam. The only reason why I said that I've never let anyone in is because there are a few things, that I've done and learned of, that I told myself that I would never tell anyone. I think that I've already told you one or two of them though... But I realize that everyone must have things like this, and if I'm assuming wrong, well then I'm wrong. It's as simple as that. No one is more important to me than the people that I call my friends. I still want to call you my friend, but in my book friendship has to go both ways. I just want to know if your still willing to work through this and be my friend. My 'relationship' with WC will always be a touchy subject, it just means so much to me and it kills me that it's the reason for why we're fighting. And if I do take things out on you and I don't let you off easy just shows that I care about you in one way or another. If we can make it through all of those rough patches, then we just get all the stronger because of them. I think I don't let you off easy is because when you hurt me, it's a lot tougher for me to get over because you just mean that much to me.2.
