Light of a Candle : Sorrow

Light of a Candle : Sorrow

A Poem by Alex Fegley (Extro Zifer)
"

1 of three poems I wrote in a series. This is actually poem number two.

"
Of sadness and destruction,
I am filled to the brim.
Only temperary relief
from a magical hymn.

A room left empty,
vacant and scary.
And a Force so strong,
I cannot carry.

My anguish so deep,
there are scars to match.
More than a thousand keys,
given for just one latch.

Only a flicker of light,
that was a roaring Flame.
Often when left alone,
I try to cry away my Shame.

I was really thinking about the fire-creating man named dustfinger
then I read your poem
and my mind suddenly thought about serendipity
