S(he's) in TroubleA Poem by ExposedSirenRose colored glasses are distorted.
I have a tiny red string tied around my heart,
and it guides me right to you. I can accept you to any end, and fear for what you would do... I don't know if the other end is tied around yours, or if its simply a leash you don't know you hold. Sometimes it feels like you pull me gently, and my being threatens to unfold. I have never fought back on it, and only enjoyed its existence. I never meant to tell you about it, a secret meant for our personal dissonance. I don't know how to tell you what you do to me, and I am scared for you to actually see... That years of my life have been hiding this string, and I don't want you to cut it free.
