Goodbye

Goodbye

A Poem by ExposedSiren

Lynda D. Ely, of San Lorenzo, Ca, took her final breath on Sunday, May 17th.  She is survived by her sons Shawn and Donavan Ely, and her grandchildren, Belladonna, Cyrus, Kayla, and Lisa Ely.
She always did her best to bring people together, and to keep her family close... For all that knew her,
Fear not.
All cats go to heaven.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Cats eyes are usually this bright piercing green, the kind that can express wishes through a single glance, that can catch prey within their gaze and paralyze them, left without a plan.
Eyes are the window to the soul... Do they represent your soul, even if they are not yours?
At least the soul you got yours from belonged to a kind heart, and a solid mind... They were paired with a quick mind, and a silver tongue.
Take care of those eyes,
They are quite beautiful.
I never asked for them, but those eyes became mine... As hers became blind.
Beautiful and from the heart. She is proud of you, of her legacy, I am sure.
