"No, you can't enter without a hardcopy of your CV" (although they already have this)
"You can't carry your bag inside" (although all other candidates are allowed to do so - discrimination or what?) Candidates who have poor English & override others during the first round group discussion are selected... No wonder the customer service is so bad...& security are the unofficial HR panel members making the recruitment decisions. Trouble is, they can't utter a word of English...yet work for BRITISH Airways. Hmmm One name does it all...Mr Ashwini Kumar HR (no, I haven't made a mistake here, some men are given female names, just as the converse holds true - although having body piercings & wearing earings in a professional environment for a man?
