The unprofessional era we live in

Where have our basic values disappeared?

Someone, a company or government department pledges to get in touch with you by a certain time...however never fulfils their commitment

Another changes their mind & denies making a promise as someone else has filled their ears against you, despite you sharing rapport & mutual understanding...

Then you have the multi million companies who either advertise invalid numbers on their dedicated websites, fail to respond to correspondence or hang up the phone...

Why? What's worse, this appears to be more prevalent in India...probably related to the widespread apathetic culture & poor telephone manner. The term customer service is alien to them, as is the complaints inbox which is never read...even government sectors often ignore suchlike. Where does one go from here?

Perhaps the worst of all is when professionals make some really nasty comments when corresponding with you...ouch. They must be having some hidden insecurities & inferiority complex
