The Café has really been a mainstay of online poetry. In the early days the bustle and the buzz was quiet intoxicating. And the brothers-proprietors where quite the dynamic duo. Now it sometimes feels like the site itself is running on fumes and barely so.

But what Chris said made me imagine how it would be for our spirit to hover and see that our posts are still reviewed...and what if we received criticism...would we want to come back and revise our poetry and our lives?
