Frederic, the metaphors are wonderfully beautiful in this work of art. It reignites the embers of recognition that need to be fanned to give the light to see it. Even then the shadows hide some of its meaning. Nevertheless, by the light of the midnight sun it may be revealed. I loved the who piece but the last stanza really got me. I wish I had written it.

I love that effect from a darkish tone towards a lighter when as if ascending from a dark pit or wal.. read moreI love that effect from a darkish tone towards a lighter when as if ascending from a dark pit or walking from obscurity into the light, or a lighthouse in the darkness until the beam of its light comes into view.
