wings

A Poem by Red Brick Keshner

Light as a feathered feuilleton
transported on wings of jubilant breath,
so go wandering, thought of our souls
on carpets that soar vast skies of imaginings.

This is a lovely and imaginative write, Frederick. It has an angelic quality about it. A divine mystery of flight that we as human beings may never know despite our technological advances. Only those of wings can ever truly know its truth. Thank you for sharing your poem with us.

Thanks Carlos. Like many a child, unaided flight was a standing dream.

This little piece of brevity is a gem Frederick.

'transported on wings of jubilant breath'

How uplifting that is. Love this line of contented wanderings.

Thanks red. Much obliged to you. Frederick.
Good morning,
I see I am the first one to review your poem dear Frederick...although you already have 12 views..
My brain is working hard to figure out exactly what you mean in your poem.. I love metaphors and they always makes me think... However, since I know what a feuilleton means.. I just can not figure out what feathered feuilleton could mean.. I would love to know your thoughts..
However, I do love the flow of your lines..."so go wondering, thought of our souls" Your last two lines are wonderful...loved them..yes, thoughts do soar...imaginations.....
