Dare We Open the Windows Bleak

Dare We Open the Windows Bleak

A Poem by redd Brick Keshner

`

I am a bevvy of emoticons
waiting to be spewed onto the screen;
my life constitutes of
the tiniest blips and bleeps (that)
weave gently along a fabric yet unseen.

Get off that swivel chair
that always trips us up on the carpet;
your smile convivially false,
the slightest gestures (does)
leave you rofl-ing without regret.

Yes, I lost the child before term
and don't ask coz you won't understand;
our shared crossings blurring
now mere glitches and static (which)
grieve our memories on wave-washed sand.

In all that has transpired,
part of me had truly died.

I am not sure what to say so I will just say, damn, you are talented. Your expression of feelings is amazing. It seems words do you bidding and follow your direction easily.

So much emotion condensed and jammed, in so few words. I could feel each word and it seemed that I had lived it. It would be hard to say which stanza touched me most. They all fit together into a composite whole.

Truly an amazing display of your talent as a poet: modern and masterfully crafted yet with overtones of classics. Count me gobsmacked.

Sometimes there are no words you can offer someone that seem enough. Poetry is for emotional purges among other topics. Your honesty here is varifies that.

Well done.

Thank you kind sir. Your open-faced response is most appreciated as always. Freds.
I have tried three times to comment. It's hard because, frankly, i do understand. But, I will not ask, out of respect for your pain.
I still do not know what to say except....
