Dallas Thumps Leafs

A review of last night's Leafs/Stars game

Boy!  The Dallas Stars had no problem defeating the Toronto Maple Leafs last night.

At the end of the first period, the Stars were ahead 5-1.

I knew Toronto was finished when the Stars scored three quick goals before the 12 minute mark of the first (period).

Dallas's goalie, Kari Lehtonen, stopped 40 shots during last night's game.

Leaf's Mitch Marner had two points in last night's game.  Dallas's Devin Shore and Brett Richie also had two points.

The Star's Dan Hamhuis finished the game with two assists.

The Leafs head off to St. Louis where the team is going to face the Blues tomorrow night.
