Granny Cycles Again...

Granny Cycles Again...

A Poem by Ewen A Morrison
"

My wife, Rosemary, took our youngest grandson for a cycle on one of the new cycle-paths - had to be a poem in it!

"

Granny Cycles Again...

Granny takes Grandson cycling, local cycle path -

(Grandson, Ewen John, entirely unaware of case)

she last cycled many a long year, 'since-hath'...

cycling, meeting, frequently greeting: back to 'base';

each encounter met with EJ's explanation, such as:

“I'm teaching Granny how to go a bike”, said he ~

lack of exercise, showed more than 'lack of class';

this episode taught Gran more than she'd foresee!

Future includes buying new bikes and the usage -

while content and avid campers/walkers for now ~

building upon this told-sample cycling passage;

Granny cycled while EJ had taught her-'just-how'...

Granny/Grandpa shall buy push bikes and gear -

combining camping with cycling " 'way-to-go'...

aiming for path-use - going far and for near ~

happiness is the fellow-traveller " to and fro!

Blessed times to be ~
