Prism

Prism

A Poem by E.V. Black
"

My world is spun in luscious colors that can’t be counted in words.

"

My world is spun

in luscious colors

that can’t be counted

in words.

Its shades bewilder

my fantasies

as I say and do.

The beauty is almost

too much,

and I choke.

Kaleidoscope spins

and whirls

in prism wheels

of iridescence.

I fall into the sky

and find

my fantasies flying frantically

from my arms.
