UnfairA Poem by E.V. BlackWhy are you unfair to me?Why are you unfair to me? I did nothing to you! Around you I’m not filled with glee and feel I don’t have a clue.
Why can’t you keep quiet? Or keep your words to yourself? You’re never a riot when you tease me and tell.
I’m in an endless wheel day after day. I can’t believe it’s real. It hurts me, what you say.
You feed off my pain and my woe. You don’t care if I retain an unhealthy glow. © 2011 E.V. BlackAuthor's Note
