The Unsung Song

The Unsung Song

A Poem by E.V. Black
"

No one can hear it.

"

Unsung with no voice

to hear.

If you try to hear it once,

all becomes dead.

A voice with no words,

a piece with no music,

a soul without love.

Can you hear it?

Only silence.

No emotion in the silence,

no solace within the spirit.

The unsung song goes

without thought,

without words to taste.

No meaning

or love

with what is said.

No one can hear,

taste,

sense

the unsung song.

i love the way you personify the senses in this one. this is original and bold and i sense a slightly introspective nature. expressive and truthful. very nice write.
