The Deadly CaressA Poem by E.V. Black'Your fate is mine.'His honey-sweet voicewhispers in my ear softly as he tightens his embrace around me.
"There is more tothis world than you may think, sweet."
His breath's aroma is heavenly as I take it in. It intoxicates my reason and makes me drunk, longing for more. His lips press against my neck. I sigh in sweet agony; his lips, ice cold, are a relief against my burning warm flesh. Goosebumps arise on my arms as love conquers my heart. I surrender to him, unwilling to do battle.
I turn around, eyes half-open, and gaze at his wonderfully perfect marble pale face. He caresses my cheek lovingly and I close my eyes and enjoy the sensation.
"I love you,”I say softly.
He leans in and kisses me deeply on the lips. His lips are so soft, and he handles me so delicately as if I were a breakable porcelain doll.
Pulling away, he caresses my cheek again and leans in to my neck.
