Sea of Agony

Sea of Agony

A Poem by E.V. Black
"

You kill me from deep inside.

"

What tears fall from these

eyes dry...

What words I say are

dismissed...

Sea of agony, you ring

throughout me...

killing me from deep

within...

I'm sick and bleeding

because of you.

All left and alone for

now.

I'm crying inside my

soul...dying slowly

in your very presence...

Where can I go?

I'm all alone.

Deprived of the love I

so yearn for, but

I can't find you

here beside me.

Sea of agony,

envelop me in your

sweet embrace and

take me away from

here forever so that

I may feel no more...

I feel my song in

the shadows...

I can't face my fears

no matter what...

I'll always be weak

because of you...

because of you...

What overbearing pain I feel

because of you...

I delve deeper within

the darkness,

desperate for something...

anything...something...but

there's nothing there...

Sea of agony,

you rip right through

me...

I can't sing anymore,

I've lost my voice and

can't face my fears...

turn me off and kill

me now before I go

numb for eternity...

The world I know melts

away into nothing...

it hurts to be pushed

from everywhere...

complete me and steal me

so I can't feel anymore...

You enjoy seeing me

suffer,

seeing the blood drip

slowly from my emotional

wounds...I beg of you...

set me free...sea of agony...
