Some way

I have to get away

from it all.

As much as it hurts,

it will hurt even more

if I don’t.

The pain would

consume me�"

eat me from the inside out

like a bunch of

ravenous, flesh-eating

creatures�"

and carve a hollow space

that rings with

empty sound when touched.

 

Those creatures

are my freedom.

They are the fragile tears

of space that ruin

the complexity of

this feeling.

I would die to

destroy them.

I would die to

let them live.

They tear me apart

even more than

I already am.

Escape is not possible.

I can only hope

to run,

to save myself

from impending tragedy.

 

Still, my eyes

are drawn to the

ever-growing void that

exists where my heart

once was.

The creatures ate it

for dinner and found

it to be delicious.

They continue to consume.

Heaven help me.

I cannot save myself.

Only another can pull

me out now.

i liked this above one stanza because i can feel some reaalnes''s of life and if your heart. This's an interesting write.
