The DeepA Poem by Ripped Denim 💜Lone strider bears witness in dismal night, The grave of the world, inhumed in cinder, Flora, fauna, ashen by unknown blight. Feral fears billow, promise to hinder. Feaster sleeps in Abyssmal bed, Granting glimpses through gates of hate. Strident beaming, eyes gleaming red, Quivering before nearing fate. World wracked, broken bones to bleach, By unreal fingers, yawning far Propelled by stranger arts they reach, Take firm grasp upon crying star. And from high places into shadowed maw leap: The hallways of the unknowable Deep © 2017 Ripped Denim 💜Reviews
